Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and delivery.

To Start a Return:

1. Contact us at admin@destriers.com.
2. We'll send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of outlet items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will make a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, following the conditions mentioned above.

Disputes

If you wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase from Marcel Olsen’s webshop, complaints should be filed in Spanish to the Agencia Española de Consumo, Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición (AECOSAN).

For private consumers residing in another EU country, the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution website is relevant. File your complaint at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, please provide the following email address: admin@destriers.com. Any disputes arising between a customer and Marcel Olsen will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Spain.
